Jeremy Friedman’s journey into distilling began far from the traditional path. A trained bio-chemist, Jeremy relocated to Titusville — his wife’s hometown — and quickly realized he was looking for something different out of life. What started as a passion for craftsmanship and experimentation soon evolved into a full pursuit of creating exceptional spirits.

Combining his scientific background with creativity and a dedication to quality, Jeremy began developing spirits that balanced precision with character. Starting first with gin, he expanded into spiced rum, vodkas, and a growing lineup of cordials and specialty spirits.

Today, Jeremy continues to craft and refine a unique collection of products that reflect both innovation and tradition, helping bring new energy to the local distilling scene while creating experiences people can gather around and enjoy.
